Tenant Introduction Service

Some of our landlords prefer to look after their own properties. Our tenant introduction service is specially designed to take account of this fact and therefore enables us to focus on some other important issues:

Advertising for and interviewing suitable tenants.

Collecting personal and employment references and confirmation of earnings.

Instructing tenants on connection of services.

Preparing the tenancy agreement.

The first month's rent and damage deposit is payable to Norwich Accomodation Agency upon completion of the agreements. A cheque is then forwarded to the landlord together with the references and tenancy agreement.
